If the registered demo was not enough, feel free to submit your request to attend a personalized demo.
When meeting face to face is not possible, for the distance or for time reasons, we can offer an effective communication alternative thanks to our Meeting Center.
You will be just invited to visit a page of our web site (see link on the left), where the virtual meeting rooms are available.
There are no needs for special software or hardware requirements: your PC browser is just what you need to benefit, wherever you are, of a secure and reliable service.
Through a multichannel conference (PC-audio-video), whatever we and you could do, show, and say in person, is also available via web: it is possible to talk and share presentations, documents, applications, movies. Like in a “real” meeting, it is possible to perform demonstrations of the products, and you can easily attend staying seated in front of your PC, seeing the application run.
Ad Hoc organizes this way also training courses and seminars, that contribute to keep an important communication channel with its Customers and Business Partners always open, no matter what the distance is.
Here's how it works:
1. Submit your request via email to adhoc@adhoc-online.com,
specifing the product you are interested in, and providing a brief description of your needs.
2. Ad Hoc will send you an invitation
After processing your request, we will send you an invitation via e-mail containing:
- meeting schedule
- agenda
- a link to register to the meeting.
If you would like to involve any colleagues, forward the invitation e-mail to the interested people. We can host multiple participants per meeting.
3. You must register to the demo (follow instruction in invitation e-mail)
In order to confirm that you are willing to attend, follow the instructions in the e-mail and register to the meeting.
(Do not forget to do it: the meeting will be cancelled if no confirmation at least 24 hrs in advance).
4. Ad Hoc confirms your registration
After registering, you will get another e-mail with the key information to join the meeting, including:
- Meeting Id
- Meeting Password
5. Demo takes place
On the scheduled date and time, follow the link in the previous confirmation e-mail: you will be automatically entered into the demo meeting.
If you cannot use the e-mail, attend the session directly from your internet browser:
- connect to our Meeting Center
- type in Meeting Id and Password
- and you will join us. |
