Terms of Sale for Online Sales
ORDERS
By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that
all personal information you have entered for the order is valid. You cannot cancel or change an
order once it has been submitted. All orders are expressly conditioned upon acceptance by Ad Hoc.
We issue a confirming acknowledgment for each accepted order. You should notify us immediately if
discrepancies are noted in the acknowledgment. Prices do not include shipping, handling and taxes
which shall be charged on all orders as applicable.
SHIPMENT
You may choose an expedited UPS/Fedex/Other(specify)
service at an additional cost to you. Your orders will normally ship within 24 hours of acceptance
of your order if the items selected are in stock. All ship and delivery dates specified on Ad Hoc's
website are estimates and are subject to change. Ad Hoc will not be responsible for delays by the
shipper. Delivery of all products shall be made f.o.b. point of shipping and risk of loss or damage
to the products shall pass to you upon shipment.
RETURN POLICY
Any order cancelled while the package is in transit will
be subject to any applicable freight charges. Ad Hoc products, which have been ordered directly
from Ad Hoc, can be returned with in 30 days for a complete refund provided a return authorization
number has been issued. A return authorization number can be obtained by calling Customer Service
at +39-02-97069301 (Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 18:00pm Central European Time). Return
Authorizations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any packages returned without a return
authorization number will be refused and sent back freight collect. Return shipping cost is the
responsibility of the purchaser except in cases of defective merchandise. Products must be returned
in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Items received back that are not in re
sellable condition, may be subject to a restocking fee. If your shipment is damaged you must notify
customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Products offered through this website shall be subject to
the Return Policy set forth above, and may also be warranted through a written limited warranty
provided in connection with such product. You may obtain a copy of the limited warranty applicable
to a Ad Hoc product free of charge at any time by contacting Ad Hoc Customer Service at

HAS REASON TO KNOW OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL AD HOC'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM OF ANY
KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY LOSSES OR
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, CONNECTED WITH, OR RESULTING FROM, THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PERFORMANCE OR
BREACH THEREOF, OR THE PRODUCT OR THE USE OR PERFORMANCE THEREOF, EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR
THE PRODUCT.
